A few little updates

I have made a bit of progress on the website and social media part of our project.

I made a Facebook profile and a Facebook group for maker Instruments! The Facebook group is for people to share experiences and ideas when teaching music with Maker Movement philosophies. Hopefully people can share themselves making our instruments if they do!

I also made a quick logo in Canva, this might change later because it is kind of a low quality image, but we'll see if we have time! The Facebook page will have more detail at the end of the project when we have published our website and videos and so on.

I also made some changes on the website.

I fixed the Book A Session page so that it has all the correct information and how to contact us:

I turned the FAQs page into a connect with us page, so site visitors can find all our media.

Fixed and correctly linked the social media bar:

Edited the footer and added some fun buttons. Its super easy to add interactivity on wix.

And edited the Meet the Team section! Larisa is currently logging on via her end and adding her photo:

Yep so that's my progress on the website and social media so far :)

Oops, I also got rid of the login and member option, because it's not needed on this website!

I have also been working on the setup for filming, experimenting with camera angles and lighting. I was able to borrow and tripod and a light from a photographer friend of mine and it's been really fun to set up. I have had to be a bit creative to attach an iPhone to a camera tripod but I think the setup is pretty good!

Below are pictures of my camera, table and lighting setup. Tonight I'm working on a second angle camera. Larisa has a Snowball microphone which she is going to bring over on Wednesday when we film (so we can use that or the pencil mics I have atm).
